"Monk Mode"
# What is monk mode?
It is a routine/schedule, which is basically based on a monk's daily routine. People follow this routine for about a period of time like 30 days, 60 days etc. to improve their life, health etc.
and it even help people to be more focused in life. it also reduces stress and help us to be strong mentally as well as physically.
Basically, there are several benifits that we can't even count them.
# routine/schedule
wake up between 4:00 to 6:00 am.
no junk foods or any junk drinks (only water).
any physical activity for minimum 30 minutes every single day.meditate for minimum 10 minutes every day.
work own your goals (if you don't have one find it).
sleep before 10 pm get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep.
drink at least 3 to 4 litres of water.
don't spend much time on social media.
That's it people find it so difficult to even follow it for 7 days.
once you able to follow these steps for a period of time even in only 7 days you"ll start seeing results and you will start feeling better.
