Well, there are several of reasons here are some of them:

6.take cold showers.
7.start working out.
8.6-8 hours sleep
9.start playing a competitive sport.
10.eat some walnuts.
one of the most important things out of all these is that stop drinking from plastic water bottle because it contains BPA.
